Pour about 15g of yerba mate into the mate gourd. If you are concerned about too strong taste, you can reduce the amount of dry product.ㅤㅤㅤㅤㅤ
2. Cover the opening of the vessel with your hand, turn it upside down and shake it a few times. When you turn it over, there will be coarser grinded pieces of the dried leaves at the bottom of the container, which will stop on the strainer of the bombilla.
3. Turning the container upright again, arrange the dried leaves diagonally (approx. 45°). Then place the bombilla where it is least. From this point try not to move your bombilla.
4. Pour hot water over the dried leaves (at a temperature of no more than 80°C) and ... enjoy the taste of yerba mate! You can add water until the infusion loses its characteristic taste.
