Brewing coffee in a chemex – how to do it?
- Place the filter in the chemex.
- Pour in coarsely ground coffee at a ratio of 6-7g per 100ml of water.
- Slowly and evenly pour water over the coffee at a temperature of approximately 90-95 °C.
- Brew the coffee for approximately 3-4 minutes.
